The staff is super friendly, Mr. Adel from the restaurant is really a decent and nice guy, Muhammed Ramadan from the reception is professional and helpful, Taha and Ragab from the Bar are good people, Hamdy and Ziad, the life guards are nice people, too The food was good, I knew they could do a better job, but the budget is limited, I totally understand that

Wi-Fi is not free, it's expensive Swimming pools are not heated Jacuzzi is of extra charge Turkish coffee and fresh juice are not included in the "All Inclusive" package

Lovely hotel with perfect staff

The staff was 100% - smiling, helpful, friendly. They were always helpful, especially at the reception. The beach was beautiful and clean. The room was clean. Hot tub on the terrace of our room was perfect. We enjoyed the meals, especially the desserts. The animation program was enough for us, the whole family had fun. Dining room and hotel clean, well maintained. It was quiet at night. Aqupark in the neighbouring hotel is very good, it is linked with hotel.

Room could have been bigger. The extra bed is a folding bed. Mosquito nets in the windows are missing. WiFi for an extra charge. Meals could be more varied. Location of the hotel is far from any amenities. The hotel is older now, it shows in the amenities. Small bathtub in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at the Imperial Shams hotel and had a great experience. The hotel is located right on the beach, which was beautiful and provided for stunning views. The hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, with a spacious lobby and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Specially Mr Wael from Management he was very helpful and his support to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Shams hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The beautiful location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities made for a memorable trip that I won't soon forget.

Staff is very friendly and helpful from Mr.farg who upgraded our room and Mr. Mahmood who helped us alot in the reception till the housekeeping .The managers of the hotel too Mr.wael and Mr.ahmed are very welcoming.The beach is awesome. Room is comfortable and wide.Mr.adel the manager of the restaurant is very active and helpful.
